Please refer to the information in How to Enter and the separate Sustainability Questions Guidance Notes to assist with specific questions, before completing the entry form. Please also ensure you read the Terms & Conditions.
Complete all questions to the best of your ability.
If you or the project team do not have the required information or data, or it was not factored into the project, please enter ‘0’ (zero) where a number is required, or ‘NA’ (not applicable) where a description is required. For example, a planning or urban design project may be unable to supply some mandatory data due to the nature of its typology. The entry will still be considered by the Jury.
You can start an entry, save progress, upload or swap photos and supporting material, and come back to make changes to your entry right up until the entry deadline of 5pm on 18 February 2026. You can continue to make changes to your entry even after submitting your entry, up until the entry deadline.
Answering the questions provides an opportunity for project teams to reflect and comment on what has been achieved and highlight opportunities for improvement in future projects.
Please note:
- You must answer all questions (except those marked optional)
- Entries that do not comply with all entry requirements may be declared ineligible for judging.
- Entries close on at 5pm on Wednesday 18th February.
- Late entries received after this time will attract a late entry fee of $600 in addition to the standard entry fee.
- No entries are accepted after 5pm on Friday 20th February 2026.
